What is YMF?

If you are a member of ASCE and 35 years of age or younger, you are automatically a member of the ASCE's Younger Member Forum (YMF). The YMF plans social, community service, outreach, and professional development events and activities geared towards younger engineers. We’re always looking for volunteers and for members interested in getting more involved, so if you are interested, please let us know -- our YMF can only be as good as you all make it!

If you would like to subscribe to the YMF email list, please send a blank email to ymf@asce-ncs.org with the subject SUBSCRIBE YMF LIST. You will receive updates on upcoming events such as happy hours and more. To unsubscribe from this email list, please send a blank email with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE YMF LIST.

NOTE: We also welcome individuals who are over 35 but young in spirit!

Get Involved with the YMF

The YMF runs a number of ongoing activities promoting the interests of our members, including social gatherings, sports teams, local outreach, and community programs.

If you'd like to help out in organizing these activities, we currently have open positions on our committee - see the YMF Officers page for more information
