About the Speaker
Luis V. Rodriguez, is the Director of the Engineering and Modeling Division in the Risk Management Directorate of FEMA's Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration. In this role, he leads FEMA's National Flood Hazard Mapping program. Luis has been supporting FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program and Flood Hazard Mapping program for over 26 years.
